These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of RoleMapr (the "Platform", "we", "us", "our") at rolemapr.in, including our website, dashboard, and related services. By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use RoleMapr.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and capable of entering into a binding agreement to use RoleMapr. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are using the Platform for lawful job-search and career-management purposes.

2. What RoleMapr Does

RoleMapr is a job-aggregation and career-intelligence platform. We collect publicly available job listings from company career pages and display them in one place, and provide tools such as resume parsing, resume-to-job match scoring, skill-gap analysis, application tracking, and interview preparation resources.

• ▸RoleMapr is not an employer, recruiter, or staffing agency. We do not guarantee interviews, offers, or employment.
• ▸Job listings are sourced from third-party company career pages and may change, expire, or be removed by the employer at any time without notice.
• ▸We make reasonable efforts to keep listings accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any listing.
• ▸Any application you submit through an external "Apply" link is between you and the employer — RoleMapr is not a party to that application or any resulting hiring decision.

3. Your Account

• ▸You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity under your account.
• ▸You must provide a valid email address and verify it to activate certain features.
• ▸Notify us immediately at admin@rolemapr.in if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• ▸You may delete your account at any time from Settings. This permanently removes your profile, resumes, and saved data.

4. Subscription Plans & Billing

• ▸RoleMapr offers a Free plan and paid plans (Bronze, Silver, Gold) billed in Indian Rupees (₹) as rolling 30-day subscriptions.
• ▸Paid plans unlock additional features such as full company access, skill-gap analytics, resume history, resume comparison, and interview preparation, as described on our Pricing page at the time of purchase.
• ▸Subscriptions are valid for 30 days from the date of activation and do not automatically renew unless explicitly stated at checkout. You may continue on the Free plan or purchase a new subscription at any time.
• ▸All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• ▸Please review our Refund Policy before purchasing — all payments are final and non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Resumes & User Content

• ▸When you upload a resume (PDF), you grant RoleMapr a limited licence to store, parse, and process that file solely to provide you with matching, skill-gap analysis, and related features.
• ▸You confirm that any resume or content you upload belongs to you, does not infringe any third party's rights, and does not contain malicious code, malware, or unlawful content.
• ▸We may automatically scan, validate, and reject files that fail security checks (file type, size, or integrity).
• ▸You can delete your resumes at any time; deletion removes the file and associated parsed data from active use.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• ▸Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access or extract data from the Platform without our written consent.
• ▸Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any account, system, or network connected to RoleMapr.
• ▸Upload files containing viruses, malware, or other harmful code.
• ▸Use the Platform to harass, defraud, or impersonate any person or company.
• ▸Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Platform.

Violation of these rules may result in suspension or termination of your account without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

The RoleMapr name, logo, design, and underlying software are the property of RoleMapr and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Job listing content belongs to the respective employers/companies that published it. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the Platform without permission.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at our discretion if you violate these Terms, misuse the service, or engage in activity that we reasonably believe is harmful to RoleMapr or other users. You may stop using the Platform and delete your account at any time.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

RoleMapr is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that job listings, match scores, or skill-gap results will be fully accurate. Resume parsing and matching are automated and provided for guidance only — always verify job details on the employer's official page before applying.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RoleMapr and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of income, opportunity, or data, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Platform, including reliance on job listings or match results.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the Platform or by email. Continued use of RoleMapr after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
